2. Definitions

- 'Services' include all gardening-related tasks provided by us, such as lawn maintenance, planting, pruning, and landscaping.
3. Services Provided
Gardener Brent Cross offers a variety of gardening services tailored to meet the needs of our clients. These services include:
- Lawn mowing and maintenance
- Planting and garden design
- Pruning and trimming
- Weed control
- Irrigation system installation and maintenance
3.1 Customization of Services
Clients can request customized services to fit their specific garden requirements. All customized services will be outlined in a separate agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered by Gardener Brent Cross is due according to the following terms:
- Invoices are issued upon completion of services.
- Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and cash.
Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel services with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
5.1 Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at the discretion of Gardener Brent Cross in cases where services were not delivered as promised. Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 14 days of service completion.
6. Liability
While Gardener Brent Cross strives to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gardener Brent Cross operates.
7.1 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in the local jurisdiction, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final.
8. Amendments
Gardener Brent Cross reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our official communication channels.
9. Privacy Policy

10. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Gardener Brent Cross, including but not limited to designs, plans, and written materials, are the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of the terms outlined in these conditions.
11.1 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
12. Independent Contractor
Gardener Brent Cross operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between the client and the service provider.
13. Notices
All notices under these terms must be in writing and will be deemed given when sent via certified mail or email as per the communication preferences outlined in the service agreement.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between Gardener Brent Cross and the client regarding the services and supersede all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
